At The Backstage Event Center, we know that planning an exceptional event is all in the details. We’ve provided answers to our most commonly asked questions below. If you have other questions, please contact our event team for more information.

What does the rental fee include?

Our rental fee includes 4 hours in our space, Backstage’s tables, chairs, black tablecloths, black napkins, servers, bartenders, a planner, and day-of-event coordinator.

How can I secure a date?  

Please contact us to request a tour! A signed contract and room fee deposit are required to secure your preferred date.

Does The Backstage Event Center have a handicap-accessible entrance?  

Yes! We have our main elevator located at our entrance for any guests.

Can you accommodate guests with allergies or dietary restrictions?  

Yes! Please contact your event planner so they can work with our culinary team to accommodate allergies or dietary needs.

Do you have a Day-of-Event Manager who will be working at our event?  

Yes, an event manager will be on duty during your big day!

Do you offer high chairs and/or booster seats?  

Yes, we have both high chairs and booster seats for any little ones attending the events. Please let your event planner know how many you will need.

Can we decorate the Event Center?  

Yes! We encourage you to bring in your decorations and customize the space to make it your own. We do not allow confetti, loose balloons, fireworks, or any decorations that require putting holes in the walls. Please ask your event planner if you have any questions.

Can we bring our own food or beverage into the Event Center?

No outside beverage is permitted. You may bring in a cake or dessert from a bakery only, and service fees may apply. Please let your event planner know if you plan on bringing any desserts.

Where can guests park?  

We have several garage options within a block of the venue. We also partner with 21C Hotel and Museum for valet services.

 Can we have our wedding ceremony and reception at the Event Center?  

Yes! We would love to have both your ceremony and reception here at Backstage. We can also host just ceremonies or receptions.
